Not a generic farm store. Built specifically for beef shares.

Deposits, hanging weights, and final balances aren't a workaround here — they're how the platform works from the ground up.

How it works

1

Build your store

Add your products, pricing, and branding — no deadline, no cost until you go live.

2

Add your beef shares

List eighths, quarters, halves, and wholes at your own prices.

3

Customers order

They order from your website or by text, whichever you've turned on.

4

Collect deposits

A deposit is collected automatically as soon as the order comes in.

5

Enter hanging weights

Once the animal's processed, enter the hanging weight for each order.

6

Collect final balances

The remaining balance is calculated and collected automatically.

Build your entire store for free before you pay.

Set up your store, products, pricing, and branding. When you're ready to go live, pay the one-time setup fee — your store goes live automatically. After that, you only pay when you sell a beef share.

Pricing details

The per-share fee is added to the customer's total automatically at checkout — it's never taken out of your price, and it's never something you have to remember to pay. Card processing is estimated up front for U.S.-issued cards. International cards sometimes cost more to process than can be estimated ahead of time; on those orders, any extra comes out of your payout instead of the customer's charge.

Why pay a monthly fee for software that wasn't built for beef shares?

BeefShareStores is built around how ranchers actually sell beef — deposits, hanging weights, final balances, customer lists, delivery, and share inventory — not retrofitted from a generic online store.
